The lower end of the ladder rests on the mine face-that is, the bottom of the pond where excavation takes place-and the top end is located near the centre of the dredge, at the feed hopper of the treatment plant. The excavation equipment consists of an endless chain of open buckets that travel around a truss or ladder. It consists of a single hull supporting an excavating and lifting mechanism, beneficiation circuits, and waste-disposal systems.
The bucket-ladder, or bucket-line, dredge has been the traditional placer-mining tool, and it is still the most flexible method for dredging under varying conditions. The work include design, testing like at working site before ex-factory, dismantle, supply, installation, testing at working site, and commissioning of complete silt dredging equipment along with all necessary accessories suitable for the working site. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. The dredger we produce is both self-propelled or non-self-propelled, portable cutter suction dredger.
